to buoy, maryland, it's 59, 60 in baltimore, 50 already in gaithersburg. if you're a redskins fan, you know this game is in tampa tomorrow. i couldn't ignore the redskins forecast against the buccaneers. it's a 4:00 to 7:00 game tomorrow in tampa. highs down there tomorrow, upper 80s to near 90 degrees. all that training camp weather is waiting for them down there in florida. here it is on storm 4 radar. not a lot going on close to us. there are rainshowers here just to the east of downtown smartsville. they're going eastbound. traveling south on i-95 from fredericksburg to richmond. there will be late night rainshowers on the interstate. and steadier rains across eastern carolina and eastern virginia. those won't be bothering us. there's a system generating rainshowers in western pennsylvania. that we need to keep an eye on for tomorrow. that pinwheels around a large trough in the atmosphere. it may be able to ring out one or two quick little showers tomorrow. here we are stopped at 1:00 tomorrow afternoon. mid to late afternoon, that little chance gliding on by. anyone who gets rain

correspondent for the baltimore sun. barbara walters of abc news, who is appearing in her fourth presidential debate, is our moderator. barbara. >> thank you, dorothy. a few words as we begin tonight's debate about the format. the position of the candidates -- that is, who answers questions first and who gives the last statement -- was determined by a toss of a coin between the two candidates. mr. mondale won, and that means that he chose to give the final closing statement. it means, too, that the president will answer the first question first. i hope that's clear. if it isn't, it will become clear as the debate goes on. further, the candidates will be addressed as they each wanted and will, therefore, be called "mr. president' and "mr. mondale.' since there will also be a second debate between the two presidential candidates, tonight will focus primarily on the economy and other domestic issues. the debate, itself, is built around questions from the panel. in each of its segments, a reporter will ask the candidates the same general question. then -- and this is important -- each candidate w
